Covenants & Restrictions
These guidelines were put in place by the developer of The Woodlands to protect us and uphold the value of our homes. You should have received a copy when you took possession of your home.

Architectural Approval Form
Any time you are going to change the outside of your home, you must seek approval from your HOA Board as stated in the protective covenants (see above). These changes include but are not limited to: additions, porches, decks, patios, sheds, fences, swimming pools, and major landscaping.
Click here to download the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Form. Upon completion of the ARC form return it to any member of the Board. Include any renderings or additional details you believe are appropriate. The Architectural Review Committee will review your request and respond within 30 days.
